Ryan and Graham’s Winnipeg Wedding at The Pavilion at Assiniboine Park was filled with joy from start to finish.
We started the day by exploring the park, taking beautiful couples’ images of Ryan and Graham in the lovely Pavilion.
As a Photographer, I really love shooting weddings at The Pavilion at Assiniboine Park. The outdoor ceremony area is wide open and gorgeous with lovely architecture surrounding. The indoor reception area is stunning with tall ceilings, and huge windows which lets in some gorgeous natural light.
All day it was gloomy and rained on and off, and when it was close to ceremony time, they had to decide on whether to stick to the original plan of having the ceremony outside or move it indoors. The rain was holding up, so they kept it outside, and it didn’t rain… for the first minute then we were hit by a hard downpour. At this point, the ceremony was started and there was no turning back, and while everyone got soaked, we had fun, and the images turned out awesome!
After the ceremony, cocktail hour began and Ryan and Graham had the opportunity to say hi to their guests.
After dinner, speeches took place, which included family members and some close friends, and then first dances took place.
